ITC Implementers
The information on this page is provided for D3A2 implementers from Information Technology Centers (ITCs) to report issues affecting current project status. Districts interested in using the D3A2 Data Tools application should visit the Implementation Page.
2009 Status
The D3A2 Operations Group is working to to ensure full system readiness for the 2009 school year. D3A2 implementers should bookmark and review this page frequently to ensure that their efforts coincide with SSDT development tasks and anticipated completion dates during the months of August, September, and October.
Data Tool Release 2.0 (OBIEE)
Release 2.0 of the Data Tool has been scheduled for release on November 17, 2008. Training materials are currently being developed for Data Tool 2.0. Following a successful release to the ITC community, Data Tool 2.0 will be made available for district use.
Test Files
Spring 2008 OAT and OGT test files--both student scores and item analysis --can be scrubbed using the D3A2 Scrubber and uploaded to the Data Warehouse.
Summer 2008 OGT test files can be scrubbed in the Scrubber application and uploaded to the Data Warehouse.
Fall 2008 OAT files are currently being tested in the scrubber. Upload services will be avilable soon.
Student Demographics & Rostering Files
Upload of FY05N through FY08N EMIS extracts is currently available.
Upload of FY09 EMIS live data is currently available.
Upload of eSIS direct extracts is currently being tested.
IDM Account Creation
State Credential Numbers (SCN): ITCs are required to begin supplying valid SCNs for all credentialed staff when completing the IdM bulk upload template. Accounts with no SCN associated with them will not be able to use the D3A2 Classroom Assessment Module (CAM) when it is released for wide-spread use. ITCs are encouraged to begin training their districts in the use of the IDM account administration console.
- The IDM team has updated the login_expiration_date field for all expired IDM accounts in the system to current so that new users will not be confronted with login failures due to their unused passwords being older than 180 days.
- Users may now reset their own locked or expired passwords by clicking on the forgot password link from the IDM administration console login screen.
