Data Driven Decisions for Academic Achievement (D3A2)

ITC Implementers

The information on this page is provided for D3A2 implementers from Information Technology Centers (ITCs) to report issues affecting current project status. Districts interested in using the D3A2 Data Tool application should visit the Implementation Page.

Current Students Tab

The academic year shown on the Current Students tab is now set to 2009-2010.

2009 Testing Files Scrubbing & Loading

The D3A2 Scrubber and Loader are able to process student scores and item analysis files derived from the Spring, Summer, and Fall 2009 OAT and OGT administrations.

In order to load Fall results, FY10 District Demographics data must first be loaded into the warehouse.

2009-2010 Class Re-rostering Capacity (FY10 District Demographics)

This year district demographics files are extracted directly from the eSIS or DASL student information systems rather than from EMIS.  The eSIS and DASL teams have made information about how to complete this process available to ITC members.

Updated Implementation and Scrubber Materials

The Data Scrubber User Manual and ITC Implementation Guide have both been updated for the 2009-2010 school year. ITC Implementors are encouraged to use them as they engage their districts.  These and other helpful documents may be downloaded from the Support Materials page.
