Current Students Tab

The academic year shown on the Current Students tab was rolled over to 2010-2011 on August 1, 2010.

2010 Testing Files Scrubbing & Loading

The D3A2 Scrubber and Loader are able to process student scores files derived from the Spring 2010 OAA and Summer 2010 OGT test administrations.

Spring 2010 OAA Item Analysis Files may be scrubbed and loaded into the Data Warehouse.

2010-2011 Class Re-rostering Capacity (FY11 District Demographics)

This year district demographics files are extracted directly from the eSIS or DASL student information systems rather than from EMIS.

The eSIS and DASL development teams have made information about how to complete this process available to ITC members.

The D3A2 Team is ready to begin receiving 2010-2011 district demographics loads extracted from participating student information systems.

2011 D3A2 Applications Update Schedule

Scrubber/Loader

August 25, 2010: last day to submit loads to the D3A2 Team using files processed in the old Scrubber.
August 27, 2010: access to the old Scrubber is permanently disabled.
August 28 – September 6, 2010: scrubbing blackout dates during which no scrubbing can occur. During this time, the D3A2 Team will: finish loading any files received that have been processed using the old Scrubber; clean up and migrate as much data as possible from the old to the new Scrubber; and install the new Scrubber into the production environment.
September 7, 2010: ITCs receive their login credentials by email.
September 7, 2010: scrubbing resumes. http://scrubber.d3a2.or and http://loader.d3a2.org pointed to the new Scrubber/Loader application.

Data Tool Updates

Data Tool updates have been postponed to the weekend of August 14-15.
The Data Tool (OBIEE) will be down during much of the weekend.
Enhancements and fixes for the 2011 school year will be visible in the D3A2 starting on Monday, August 16th.
