Data Driven Decisions for Academic Achievement (D3A2)

Two additional screens have been introduced to provisioning IDM accounts for D3A2 access.  These screens were not introduced intentionally and will eventually not be necessary.  They are shown with red highlight in the following narrative.

To provision D3A2 accounts in IDM, follow the steps below.

1.) Locate the account and select "Resource Profile" from the Additional Details drop down.

2.) Verify that the user does not have D3A2 access then click on the "Provision New Resource" button.

3.) Select D3A2 as the desired Resource Name and click the "Continue" button.

4.) Click the "Continue" button to confirm your intention to provision this user with the D3A2 resource.

5.) New Step: Click the "Prepopulate" button to prepopulate the Primary Email, Username, and User Role fields then click "Continue".

6.) New Step: Click "Continue" to re-confirm your intention to provision this user with D3A2 access.

7.) Verify that the IDM Admin Console shows you the "Provisioning has been initiated" message.
