  • Data Scrubber User Guide (revised July 2010 - new for 2010-2011): detailed information about the use of the D3A2 Data Scrubber.

Release 2.0 End-User Materials

  • D3A2 Quick Guide (revised July 2010 - new for 2010-2011): this Quick Guide is designed to provide users a quick reference for the features on the main D3A2 screens.
  • D3A2 User Manual pdf file (October 2008): the User Manual is organized to match D3A2 training but more importantly, provides the user with step-by-step directions on using the features of D3A2.

The D3A2 Train the Trainer Materials have been moved to the Professional Development page. 

 

End-User 'How To' Video Clips

Data Warehouse:

  • Student Info (December 2009): D3A2 allows teachers to see how their students performed by name on the Data Analysis - Lite View and Current Student tabs. 
  • District Results (December 2009): D3A2 users with district or building level access can analyze test results across multiple grade levels.
  • 3 Questions (December 2009): Users should ask 3 questions when viewing Data Analysis Lite at the Standards level.  This video introduces and answers those questions.
  • Benchmark Report (December 2009): D3A2 incorporates item analysis data to show users how their classes performed at the benchmark and item levels.
  • Current Students (December 2009): D3A2 shows teachers how the students assigned to their current year class lists performed on their prior year tests.  Longitudinal score data is shown for each student by name.
  • Item Analysis Advanced (December 2009): The user can analyze the performance of classrooms on each OAT test item in relation to their building, district, and state.
  • Page Options (December 2009): The Page Options feature of D3A2 allows users to save favorite reports and call them up later.  It also permits them to save new default views.

Resource Exchange:

  • Basic Features: This video is an overview of the basic features of the D3A2 Resource Exchange.
  • Search: There are multiple options for searching in the Resource Exchange as demonstrated in this video.
  • Bookbag: This video tells the user how to create bookbags and access and share the saved resources with colleagues.
