Train-the-Trainer Materials
- D3A2 Training Script (October 2007): the Training Script was designed to assist trainers in covering the features of the Data Tool user screens in an organized and comprehensive manner. The companion PowerPoint can be used in situations where there is no network connection or for the user who feels more comfortable with a controlled environment.
- D3A2 PowerPoint to Accompany Training Script (November 2007): this PowerPoint is designed to accompany the Training Script and is referenced via slide numbers in the script.

Summary - Looking at data from your login access level. This video explains the graph seen at the Summary level of Item Analysis Lite and leads the user through selecting a specific teachers summary data.
Content Area - With a year, grade and teacher selected the user can move from summary data to a specific content area such as Math or Reading and see a graph that shows standard level results as well gain links to the benchmark level of data.
Single Standard - A user can select a single standard to view student results. This will show the names of students and their level of proficiency on that standard.
Benchmark - Users can compare their class results with the building, district and state as explained in this video.
Item to Resources - Seeing data at the question level and then jumping off to view released questions is explained in this video.
Item Analysis-Advanced - Go step by step through the features of the Item Analysis-Advanced Screen.
