End-User 'How To' Video Clips
Data Warehouse:
- Summary - Looking at data from your login access level. This video explains the graph seen at the Summary level of Item Analysis – Lite and leads the user through selecting a specific teacher’s summary data.
- Content Area - With a year, grade and teacher selected the user can move from summary data to a specific content area such as Math or Reading and see a graph that shows standard level results as well gain links to the benchmark level of data.
- Single Standard - A user can select a single standard to view student results. This will show the names of students and their level of proficiency on that standard.
- Benchmark - Users can compare their class results with the building, district and state as explained in this video.
- Item to Resources - Seeing data at the question level and then jumping off to view released questions is explained in this video.
- Item Analysis-Advanced - Go step by step through the features of the Item Analysis-Advanced Screen.
Resource Exchange:
- Basic Features - This video is an overview of the basic features of the D3A2 Resource Exchange.
- Search - There are multiple options for searching in the Resource Exchange as demonstrated in this video.
- Bookbag - This video tells the user how to create bookbags and access and share the saved resources with colleagues.
