Data Driven Decisions for Academic Achievement (D3A2)

Professional Development Toolkit

Welcome to the D3A2 Professional Development Toolkit!

The PD Toolkit is an extensive collection of professional development materials including activity guides, sample agendas, support materials, and insightful video clips. The four modules that make up the Toolkit, are designed to:

  • provide background knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use the D3A2 website;
  • encourage the development of a culture of inquiry within the school setting;
  • improve the ability to read and analyze item analysis data through identification of significant patterns and trends and the strengths and limitations of the data; and
  • promote the use of item analysis data to improve instructional practice.

These materials have been organized in a manner which permits district trainers and data team members to custom design training depending upon their individual needs.

Please visit this site frequently to obtain updated materials.
